The Teaching Assistant supports the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to students by assisting with instructional activities, classroom management, and providing individual or small group support. The Teaching Assistant plays a key role in helping students achieve their learning objectives by fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
An Associate’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Child Development Associate, Teaching Assistant certification) is preferred.

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
