We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land measurements, mapping out land features, and providing data critical for engineering, construction, and land development projects. This role requires expertise in using surveying equipment, a strong understanding of land laws, and excellent analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent certification is required.
A minimum of [X] years of experience in land surveying or a related field.
Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and GPS technology.
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal land surveying regulations.

Experience with drone surveying and other advanced surveying technologies.
