As a Leadership Coach, you will partner with executives, managers, and teams to develop their leadership skills, enhance performance, and foster positive organizational change. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of leadership development, emotional intelligence, and organizational behavior. Your role will be to guide individuals in identifying strengths, areas for growth, and actionable strategies to improve their leadership effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Certified Professional Coach (CPC) or relevant coaching certification (e.g., ICF, Co-Active).
Proven experience in leadership coaching or executive development, with a strong track record of client success.
Deep knowledge of leadership theories, emotional intelligence, and organizational behavior.
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality with clients.
Experience using coaching tools such as DISC, MBTI, or other assessment frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help leaders overcome complex challenges.

Experience in industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or consulting.
Background in change management, organizational transformation, or team-building initiatives.
Proficiency in digital coaching platforms and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
