We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other critical systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, ensure system availability, and enhance the overall efficiency of our IT operations

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and system security practices.
Experience with server virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.
Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
Experience with backup/recovery tools and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) are a plus

Experience with database administration (SQL, MySQL).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible).
Experience managing Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
