The Senior Research Officer is responsible for leading and managing advanced research projects within the organization. This role involves designing research methodologies, overseeing data collection and analysis, and ensuring the quality and integrity of research outputs. The Senior Research Officer works closely with other researchers, stakeholders, and external partners to drive innovative research initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

A Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Public Health, Economics, Environmental Science) is strongly preferred.

At least 5-7 years of experience in a research role, with a proven track record of leading and managing research projects.
Experience in publishing research in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences.
Advanced knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
