The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the security operations of the organization. This includes developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as managing security personnel and systems to protect assets, employees, and visitors. The role requires a proactive approach to risk management, as well as ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory security standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in a security management role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
In-depth knowledge of security procedures, technologies, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and external agencies.
Ability to manage high-stress situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with security software and systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, incident reporting tools).

Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP).
Experience in crisis management and emergency preparedness.
Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
