We are looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement department. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplier relationships. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization obtains high-quality products and services at competitive prices, while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is preferred.

5-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Skills:

Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Thorough understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
