The News Anchor is responsible for delivering accurate and engaging news reports during scheduled broadcasts. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to present news stories clearly and professionally, and strong editorial judgment. The News Anchor will collaborate with producers, reporters, and the news team to ensure the timely delivery of well-researched and accurate news content to the audience

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
Previous experience as a news anchor or reporter is preferred.
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong editorial judgment and news sense.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in newsroom software and equipment.
Comfortable with live reporting and handling breaking news scenarios.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their use for news distribution.
