The CEO will be responsible for leading and overseeing all strategic and operational aspects of the transport company, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality transportation services while driving the company towards sustainable growth. The CEO will lead the company's long-term strategy and provide direction and leadership to achieve corporate goals, profitability, and growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is preferred).
Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior executive role, preferably within the transport, logistics, or related industries.
Strong understanding of transport industry regulations, challenges, and emerging trends.
Experience in managing a multi-site or large-scale fleet operation is desirable.

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large budgets and P&L.
Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
